Great Game - but

Post by majgentob »

...Is there any way to increase the draw distance for ground objects farther than what is currently allowed by the in-game controls (the highest setting is 7, I believe). I find the way grass and bushes disappear so quickly to be distracting. We're also dealing with the paradoxicial situation in which you can see more of the outline of an AV when you're farther away than when you're up close if you are ground level. Also, forest underbrush disappears at a very short distance, so that you can see infantry morel clearly when you're far away than when you're up close. Gotta fix that. That may seem trivial, but it's a tad off-putting.

Beyond that, this game is a master piece. Can't wait to see what's next.

This is just the first iteration, and we are actively working on graphic enhancements. For trees and objects, we have a more thoughtful improvement plan that avoids simply "brute" rendering millions of 3D models for the sake of a few pixels.

Outstanding news!

This is an extremely compelling, addictive game.

By the way, compared to many others, this game is almost bug free.

Aside from the graphical improvements, potential DLCs, and perhaps the modeling of resupply, I can't think of anything else I would want in a game.

Congratulations on a fantastic release!
