Enjoying the game

Great game, it feels like a natural expansion of AB 1. I like the vehicles in 3D format, it helps immersion. Is there any way to "record" a scenario being played in a way that I could "watch" all the action later, moving the camera from here to there?

agree on enjoying the game!
Moments in one campaign where a BMP came down a road near an industrial building and stopped right in front of my M60 which was hiding behind the building. It took a long second of the M60 to engage but it did causing the BMP turret to shoot up in the air with a fireball and resulting ammo cook off....the explosion rocked the M60.....that is the kind of game moments that I buy games for!
Or the massive artillery strike on my entrenched USA dismounted infantry holed up in a town by an OBJ which shook up the entire lot and led to a massive armored assault with predictable results....
Stable for me and I have an old system. I have some graphical glitches that others have reported but not really an issue.

Same here: I know the predecessor, and I’m genuinely blown away by how well the successor turned out! It’s amazing how much of a difference the visuals make—something I always thought didn’t matter to me after decades of wargaming.
This game really bridges the gap between "simulations" like Combat Mission (which never got a usability update) and games from Graviteam Tactics.
It even has a bit of that old TacOps vibe, but with absolutely stunning battlefield atmosphere.
Well done, and thanks for adding another gem to my collection!

Also just wanted to say congratulations to the devs on the sequel.
I was one of those players who really wanted to like the original but couldn't think in terms of its "2d" presentation. The new graphics engine has really changed things for me.

Add another happy camper to the list!
Finally had time to sit down for a game tonight and I am SUPER impressed! I played a 1000-pt US vs USSR meeting engagement on Fulda Gap in 1974. I love the flexibility in setting up the game and picking forces and how quick and easy the whole process is. (I admit I did watch
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... drUM271bM4 while going to sleep last night which helped immensely).
The actual game itself runs smooth as glass, and the 3-d element obviously adds a ton to the immersion and terrain awareness/line-of-sight. There were some nail-biting moments especially once the jets started flying!! I can't wait to dive deeper into this!
If the AB43 mod gets ported to this game I think it may be the last wargame I ever need!

That's what's stopping me from buying this game....not sure if the AB1943 mod will be made as I'm not a fan of modern day engagements.

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of modern combat either but the game itself is good enough that even if the mod never comes out, I'm still happy with this purchase. Hoping to see this engine in other theaters/eras eventually though!!
