US Mech 1965 - No AA?

Post by majgentob »

I am enjoying this game so much. Playing it constantly.

I did notice, though, that US mech does not seem to have any anti-aircraft units in 1965. Is this a bug?

Technically, no, as US Army anti-aircraft capabilities were reduced to HAWK. They reactivated the M42 Duster in 1966 (albeit for ground fire support in Vietnam), and the Redeye, Chaparral, and Vulcan were still in development. However, the next patch will include the M42 from 1965, representing either National Guard or reserve vehicles pressed into service in the event of a major conflict.
