Fixed Units Drifting as Map Scrolled

I created an local overlay & marked a buddy's house & shop, but when I scroll the map around the markers move off the locations I set them at. Seems the overlay is staying in place, as the roads of the overlay & the underlaying sat map remain aligned, but where I marked his house & shop had drifted +90m. I don't rem this happening before, but started to notice it a rev or two ago, currently on v1.06 build 1328.7
