Annoying bug

I've been playing hotseat matches with my little brother and there's one thing that bothers me in this great game (I have version 2.3):
Enemy bombers spot all my units on the map and sees just those own units I can see on my turn. So, he's seeing the same map I see in my turn and that's quite an advantage don't you think...
