Game won't play

I've seen this thread but can't seem to find it. The first time I tried to get it to play I saw the TS Eagle. One update, an uninstall, and a reinstall, seems I'm back where I started. Only now it gets stuck before the eagle. Any ideas?

Select "View", "Options", "Intro Cinematic", "Do Not Play" from the menu at the top of the screen.

Chuck. I can't find the option 'view'. All I'm getting is the gamemenu.

Select "quick start" from the windows menu. I should look like this:

Yeah...I'm mot getting that screen though. Only the gamemenu. Does a new game require an update or a restart? Opart 3 freezes as soon as it opens.

Please select the "quick start" icon rather than the "game menu". Now, if it still gets stuck, I think there might be another way of fixing it. Try removing all the movie files from your TOAW 3 directory. These have the extension .wmv or .avi. There are five of them.

Cut and paste these movie files into another directory:
