RHS PWHEX Level 5 & 6.655 File Set

These files work with ANY Level 6 RHS scenario.

They upgrade 10 hexes in India coded as road vice RR.

They fix mismatched hex sides or communications codes.

They add some more populated areas in China - making movement/supply for guerillas easier.
