Build Depots with Bateaux

I was surprised in both the regular 1775-1783 and alternate 1775-1783 scenarios that you can build a depot with the two bateaux that start in Manhattan if they are together. I haven't checked to see if it works with the bateaux from Quebec or Montreal yet.

yes, this is a rule enable for AACW... for now it is enabled for BOA, as I don't think this is that important. You need two transport ships to be precise.

So those annoying bateaux -- which always get in the way when I'm arranging troops or docking ships -- aren't worthless after all.

you can also use them as riverine scouts, the AI does that sometime when she is bored [;)]
