Corps Movement Undone Next Month

I am France playing a PBEM game, and I am the host.

We just started, and we are in Feb 1805. I loaded Spains Naval phase and prepared to do my land movement and noticed that all my corps are back to where they were setup - like they never moved in jan 1805.

Also, I had declared war on Bavaria, Liege, and Genoa, and moved troops to the caps of each and initiated sieges..they sieges were successful in bavaria and liege, and I had placed garrisons on those cities...the garrisons were still there in feb 1805, but the corps that had taken the cities were moved back to their positions from the previous month

the siege against genoa was unsuccessful, and my corps was removed from that area as well.

in none of the cases was their a lapse of war?

at this point, I am not sure what to do...continue playing the pbem and hope there are no more bugs? should we restart the entire game?

Are you using the play back feature to see the moves of others?

i am not sure if I understand the question, but I dont think thats it...I didnt use that and it loaded that way...

There is a playback feature where you can load a turn then rewind the moves then play the moves so that you can see the moves as opposed to guessing what the opponent moved.
Are you playing with any AI?
Sounds quite odd for sure???

yes, I knew that, but I didnt use that and thats not the problem I think

and no, there is no ai...its 7 human players, pbem

nope, and these were all minor countries from which I was removed that I declared on the previous month - not controlled by anyone I was at war with either

this is only the 2nd month of the entire game!
