What happened to my production??!!??

I am playing a random scenario with a friend, we more than 20 turns into the game and have just come into conflict (large map and Republic enabled slowed us down.) With 23 production cities my production has been really high, and steadily increasing as the game goes on. And then...

Suddenly on this turn my production is almost 0!! [X(] I produced one halftrack and a few infantry, but not of the thousands of supply I should have gotten, nor the ships nor tanks nor planes nor most of the infantry I had being produced! There is no apparent reason for this - it was not killed with anti-supply, none of my cities were captured, my HQ were not moved or blockaded. By all appearances I should have received all my production, but it just isn't there.

Is this a bug or is there some weird supply/production thing that I don't know about that could make this happen? [&:]
I have the save file but it has passwords and I don't know if it would help or not since there is no error message. I took a couple of screenshots of the supply summary and graph to show what happened. (I'll make a new post for the second screenshot) Any explanation would be helpful...

Okay I have sent the file. I am using 1.10k and I just noticed in the 'People' section of the statistics it is showing a -75% production mod for Universals. That doesn't seem right to me, I'll open a previous turn to check if it was always there.

(edit) yes that shows in a previous turn, there are two lines the top line shows 0 0 0 50 for mods the second line shows -75 0 0 50. Does that mean there was a scheduled drop in production after a certain number of turns? Seems odd, and I would hope it applies to my opponent as well as to me...

it might be something different.

i will have to get a patch uploaded.
 
then your friend will have to install it and replay his turn.
 
that should solve things.
 
i'll upload a new beta version to matrix asap.

I catched the bug. It was caused by producing naval ships in a town without units and having no PP left and then also having aircraft in production.
 
Matrix will post a new pubic beta version v1.10N tommorow in which this is fixed. (among a few other minor things)
 
If you let your friend replay his turn with that version v1.10N the bug should be gone.
