Vanishing units request

Hey guys:

I am chasing this vanishing unit issues for PBEM games. I would like to see if you guys can help me a little bit. I do have several games that show this problem BUT I do not have a game BEFORE the problem happens.

Just as an FYI, these units are not necessarily (From what I can tell) vanishing BUT they are actually in 2 different places on the map. the engine (when clicking a unit) is counting the other location as valid and deleting the unit from the "invalid" location.

In order to fix this, I would like a game before the problem then the turn file / save game combo that shows the problem happening with a little info on where the unit should actually be.

I realize this is a tall order but this could cut hours off the fix time!

Not sure if this is the exact problem. I've had a situation where moving fleets have vanished and appeared in the available units display.

If this is the same problem I may be able to provide you with before and after saves if I still have them.

Check the bug report in the main bugs thread, towards the end, where gwheelock and myself both posted information. Search for "Algeria" or "Sardinia", as those were the locations in question. Gwheelock posted some saves, and I believe he posted before and after files.
 
However, this may not be the same bug, as it's a considerable end-case.
