When demo not revellead.I must ask that how movements are modelled? Like old Steel Panthers style when you know excatly where you can move your troops if not any enemys saw you or Combat Mission style where must guess what round you get behind house?

It would be more like combat mission in this respect. Although some reasonable estimates can be made based on the speed of the unit (from unit info) and the type of terrain and movement style. There was a discusion thread somewhere here about a possible refinemnent for future games in series that would give better info on your movement potential for a given round, how far you could expect to get in a pahse for example.

Thats bad to hear [:(] Thats why i dont like Combat mission seris at all. I tought this modification acts Like old Steel Panthers.

I hate when i dont know exactly where my troop goes if no enemy presents.Hard to plan PBEM tactics.Example In real life you know quite sure where you can drive tank ,when you know your tank speed and conditions.Games only presents 40-80sec sequens if i got it right?

Why do you think in real life they have to synch watches.  A leader is unable to determine when units will arrive at jump off points.  There is no way in real life any officer is going to assume a set speed for a unit, infantry or armor.  Its called planning.  If you want to bring real life into it, how many commanders move each unit and then the next.  In PC and CM, units all move at the same time after getting orders, like in RL.  In SP, you can move one unit its full distance and then move each following on its full distance in series.  Is that real life.  Not in any universe I know.

Sorry, don't usually like to compare game science to real science, but anyone coming into PC or CM and saying SP has more realistic movement is very misinformed about either real life or games.  SP may have a few things that would model real life better than a WEGO game, but movement orders isn't one of them.

If you don't like CM series at all, I'm guessing you wouldn't care for this game. But I'd keep an eye on this thread for things they add. I know some changes indicators of how far a unit can get in a phase was discussed, though I think it was more for a future release. They've already made some significant enhancements to this game, particulalry in terms of some user enhancements made to the editor.

But still, if you don't care for the CM series, I suspect you wouldn't enjoy this one, though I could be wrong - I think I've seen a few posts from folks who didn't like CM but did take to PC:Kharkov - but I think the bulk of the fans here also enjoyed CM.

CM and the PzC games are completely different game engines. They share several similarities, and quite a few differences. These have been talked about, and you can scan these forums for those.

They are both squad and individual tank games however, like SPWAW.

I think of the Panzer Command games as most like a tabletop miniatures game (the game itself is based off of miniatures rules after all), but using a more naturalistic look than the predecessor to it, the "Tin Soldiers" games by the same developer.

Siberia, eh? Ever been to Novosibirsk? I spent a little over a week there there a few years back.

They are really two distinct games - but they have some similarities, and they way movement is done is one of them. I think PC:K has better potential for creating user scenarios actually, thanks to a lot of work by guy named Stridor.
