Turkey surrender unconditionally to GB, Aus, and Russia.
In the implementation process, Russian conquests were all turned neutral! There are 4 in all - Circassia, Georgia, Checknya, and Finland!
Have before and after game files...

If you have the game files then you should post this bug to Mantis. I know it would be great if the publisher/developer had their OWN bug tracker, but I guess that's not to be expected.

Make sure Russia wasn't in instability or fiasco, though, before you post it as a bug.
