I'm in Canada and still don't know French even though we all studied it at school here. One year of French doesn't get you very far.

I like the French language too so wish I could speak it fluently. Are you in Quebec? I'm in BC where hardly anyone speaks French.

Yeah I live in Montreal, Quebec, they're many english ppl, but the majority is french though. Schools are french, so are companies and any kind of legal institute. Most ppl speak French & English here.
