You need to understand people need more info to help m8.

What OS is key.

One thing I would try is to rename the video files...but Korsun Pocket is an oooooooooooooooooooold game - if you're tyring to install and run it on Vista or Windows 7 or a 64bit system, then it may not be "fixable"

Is it XP 64 bit?

Have you tried running as Administrator (this is more a Vista/Windows 7 thing, but it might work)

Try renaming the video files from .AVO to .avi.ORIG or something, so they aren't recognised as video files.

Is there no error message at all? What happens when you click on the shortcut to the game? Does it load at all? Any noises/music? Does the screen go black and then go back to the menu?

Thanks again. XP 32. There are sound effects when moving around Korsun Menu. Clicking on play, screen goes black for a few secs then goes back to Korsun Menu. There are no error messages.
