Dual fuel ships?

Has anyone tested to see if the game handled dual reactor type designs well?

I haven't felt much need for them so far, but was wondering mostly for curiosity's sake.

I use designs with dual reactors and they seem to work as expected. I do it mostly to pack in extra weapons and engines.

I think he means not multiple reactors, but one reactor that uses hydrogen, and one that uses caslon...
