Factory Evacuation planning map

Planning map showing all movable Soviet factories. Red hexes represent sites with AFVs, Aircraft, or Combat Vehicle factories (that can't be moved piecemeal), and the orange represent the sites with only Armaments, Heavy Industry, and Vehicle factories.
