Research not showing

I think I clicked something in my scenario " Indochina" because I cannot research newer units. I also seem to not be able to find what I did wrong to cause this, help.....

Check the following:
- Are the research costs greater than zero? (this is the main one I would suspect: new regimes / peoples might have the research cost set to -1 for them, which means they cannot do the research)
- Are the prerequisites still in place?
- Is the research still linked to valid SFTypes?

Yeap the research is still linked to vaild SF types, and the prerequisites are still in place. I had thought I set research levels to 1 for all regimes, don't know what I did. I have uploaded the scenario so if anyone can find out what I did that would be great. I'm still looking for it and more than likely I'm just missing something right in front of me.....
