MTB's

Hello.

As Japan, i have a number of MTB's all stuck in the build que halted at 1 turn before delivery that do seem to want to arrive in threater.

Is there something i'm missing event wise that will cause them to arrive? I have none listed in the main info view ala the allies so I am presuming there must be a trigger like kamikazes?

Are you using latest beta or official patch? I think there was a bug, but beta fixed that.

it will have effects on existing games, but only good ones, imho.
