Changing the status of a minor power

Is it possible to change the status of a minor from free to conquered as an admin? If yes, how does this work? I can't find such a solution in the admin menu.

Looks like the only diplomacy settings are for Neutral, Ally or War for major powers. Marshall would have to add settings for Neutral, Conquered or Free State for minors. I'll add this to the Mantis list.
