Erik Estrada, who, haven fallen on hard times after CHiPs fell out of syndication, was working as a caterer on the set, serving burritos, when, serendiptiously, word came down from Legal that they needed more Hispanic characters in the film. On the spot, he was cast as "Chili bean" Ramos and the script was rewritten to allow......
