aircraft "research"

So I read 100 completed airframes to push the date of a aircraft type forward 1 month? How is this calculated, I'm guessing it is as follows?

month
1: 0+100
2: month 1 + (2x100)
3: month 2 + (3x100)
4: month 3 + (4x100)
and so on...

Is this correct, if not then how is it calculated?

As soon as 100 research aircraft are completed, the availability date will be moved one month forward (earlier). AFAIR the counter for produced research aircraft will then be reduced by 100.

we made some more changes to it, players being players, most go over board with, but not sure what to say about how it works now, until the now is ready, as it has changed a couple of times

but as Denniss says, that is the way it works from stock

Does research get less efficient the more aircraft you "build"? Or what do you mean with "players being players"?

Just a noob question about production. If I change production in a 8 size factory, what it happens? 1) It star to produce 8 points after 80 days. 2) It start to produce 1 point after 10 days, a second point after 20 days, a 3rd point after 30 days, etc Thanks in advance!

It takes a full 80 days for it to produce anything at all and then it will be up at full capacity.
