E-mail games don't work

WitPAE does not work for e-mail games. I loaded of CD then updated to
WITP Admiral's Edition v1.01.08r9 Official Update (AtomicGames Mirror)

Error is can't load saved game
but I can play non e-mail games just fine
I installed and uninstalled several times
I have PC windows 7 64 bit

Post this topic in the tech forum and attach the save file(as a .zip) which is not loadable

I think the save file was corrupted by sending via e-mail or was saved by your opponent with the mp version of WitP AE

99% problems like that is when save is corrupted so re-download it

I have had two bad saves out of 434. Just resent. worked fine.

I been only pbem since b4 ae, witp, lets see.. 365 yr X 3.5x7 = wow lots of turns, honestly we lost more turns in early days due to server errors in our networks!
good luck.. pbem is definately what makes these games shine imo [>:]
