Carolina Hurricanes charity Casino Night fundraiser last night. What a great time we had. [8D]

The only problem is my sister in law stayed the night with us afterward and we were up until 0300 for our own "after party."

I'm a bit tired this morning after my 3 hour nap. [:D]

-3F and sunny this morning. The usual after a winter storm. But nice without a wind. I was outside in the garage on Saturday for about an hour with no jacket. I was quite comfortable. No wind and the sun shining. It was 13F. It sure felt nicer than that. Then we had that winter storm come on through and messed things up. It'll get cleaned up so I'll be ready for the next system. A little tough with the sprained ankle and pulled tendons. And now a blizzard watch starting Tuesday morning.[8|] Go South baby, go South. It is that time of the year for our major storms.

Schani, the Casino Night was a blast! Hockey players don't realize they are supposed to be stuck up millionaires. They are all just so damned real, if you know what I mean. [8D]

BTW, I caught just the second period of the UND - Denver game Friday night. It was a good period, with some attitude thrown in. How did the game end? That #7 for the Sioux (can't remember his name) is the real deal, despite all the praise from the announcers. [&o]
