Where were you at John. I just saw a P51 B24 and B17 in Wichita KS just yesterday...

Were they the same planes?

Missed that DRATTED fighter. Very fast! My support crew didn't take the time to call out vectors and provide any warning. Got to work on that before the next mission! I think John (8 Year-old) was too busy tapping out in Morse Code that he wanted pizza delivered to Nine O Nine. Chris might have been examining the bombs in the bombaby at the time as well. The wife was busy with the camera so you can see the issues with bagging an enemy aircraft.

John- I am not 100% sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were. A couple of people here told me they're part of a traveling group of planes..so, it would make sense if they were the same ones. Not too many B24s flying around that I know of.
Life is tough. The sooner you realize that, the easier it will be.

Nice pics!

This past weekend, I had a chance to take a ride in a B-17 at the Syracuse airport. To me, the price of $400 sounded somewhat reasonable. Unfortunately, the wife and I have different standards of what exactly "reasonable" is. [:(]
