(A) Fulkerson vs Jap AI vers 7.0

The Japs are attacking w/ their tanks at San Fernando:

I'm going to skip the rest as boring but you may find it here just in case you missed something interesting........

I'm keeping the sub SS Permit at the harbor at Hong Kong and I'm contesting the presence of any Jap minesweepers that might amble
along. I'd like to keep that Allied minefield there as long as possible. Keep them from using the port. It's worth a sub to me.

I'm tempted to drive my sub right on into Legaspi to get at one of those CA's but that's shallow water and they have all the ASW in the
whole world in that location and I think I'd rather wait for a better situation instead of doing something rash.

It's also tempting to drive the SS Snapper inito the harbor at Davao to get at those Jap ships but again the situation isn't the best, as
there looks to be a squadron of DD's headed this way and I'd best have the Snapper give them a wide berth. Wait for a better situation
is my advice again.

I ended the turn again and here's some fresh combat results: There were a couple of night air attacks on Victoria Point and as you can
see the Japs captured Victoria Point eventually.

And then Rabaul got hit by a Japanese air strike:

Johore Bahru was hit by several air strikes:

And I lose a couple of CL's in a strike on Pontianak:

And the carrier-borne planes of the KB treat Midway to a parting attack as they sail off to the NW.

Alor Star saw a ground attack by the Japs:

Then San Fernando was hit by a ground attack:

I rounded up all the damaged ships and put them into a TF and gave them an escort and set them on the way to Seattle. It's going to
take an extraordinary length of time to get there. I'm going to segregate the TF into slow ones and faster ones as soon as I round up
some more escorts. They will eventually get there I'm hoping.

The HML Hermes will soon be pulling into Oosthaven for repairs. After it's fixed I'm thinking of sailing her over to Kendari and maybe
getting into a Naval Search mode prior to letting the stringbags loose on some Jap ships. I don't want to get her involved in some really
involved fight .......I'm more interested in picking off the odd ship here and there.

I pulled the trigger and ended the turn again and here's some fresh combat results. This is just one of about a dozen sub attacks.
Sometimes they get a hit sometimes they don't.

SS Permit left Manila harbor on 8Dec and arrived at Hong Kong soon thereafter and has been waiting patiently and finally all that waiting
has paid off. She got an xAK.

I lost a CL at Rangoon to Jap air attacks:

And then Rabaul was hit by an air attack. I've already evacuated all the aircraft at Rabaul because the runway is deteriorating even as
we speak. My engiineers can't keep up with the damage being delt. And the Japs are dandy at dealing damage.
