Modern Warfare

The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

Modern Warfare

The single most commented feature of Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm by developers and beta testers alike is the brutal nature of modern warfare. You will lose a lot of men/tanks/equipment if you use bad tactics.

With that in mind;

Yeah, in the tutorial when the Hind caught my Warriors in the open before the town...it was not pretty. But it paled to when the Tornado and the Lynxes caught the T80s on their road....

The fortunes or misfortunes of war can shift quickly on a modern battlefield. One very critical role is recon. It's the things you can't see that will kill you.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!

Yeah those hinds took a bite out of that Mech IN CO. Lesson learned, ensure AA is in place before advancing.

And nothing like a MLRS 6-pack to turn a quiet grid square into a kill zone.

You are positioning me next to the unit with the antennae? I don't think so. I'll be a couple of hexes UPWIND of the HQ thank you. Let the staff weenies absorb the DPICM bomblets.
