[DONE] - New Scenario: Small Random Convoy Transit

This scenario is very simple, a NATO convoy is sailing to a French port and some Soviet subs are trying to stop it. It is randomized with several convoys and subs composition with nearly 50 different combinations. Playable from both sides.

hi the scenario is VERY slow,

ichecked the OOB and it keeps all the ships in game and running for your three set ups

is there a way to remove the ships not being used ?
