Next step i choose for each eligible Major to make a request and to agree or not:

As CW i ask for the Buffalo, not a good plane but it seem to me a lot of air unit arrive in the Pacific theatre of operation.
As Chinese i ask for a TB3 just to let the Father of the people to have a "bad" bomber less with out having to scrap it.
I hesitate with the french bombers but finally decide not to ask for them.

Next step the other super power : USSR

USSR National Anthem

Once again i have to scrap all this old (or sabotaged by the ennemy of the Labor Mass[:D])
I don't scrap any land unit, having reading others AAr make my feel Red Army will need every men, even the worst, to stand against the facist menace.

In Siberia, i try to setup agressively (i say i try ;p). In a multi player, in fact i'll try to have an agrement with japanese to be able to sent troops from Siberia to Europa. As i play a solo game i will have a deal ;) but another game i'll try a Russo-japanese war.

As for CP lines setup is wide spread across the map.

Also a corp in Gibraltar, a DIv (ENG) in Malta Some CA/CL in Africa, Asiatic Fleet in Aden
America Fleet in Halifax and a few in Trinidad. Royal navy mostly split between Liverpool, Plymouth ( where you find stronger CV/BB) Gib and Alexandria. 2 SUB in Malta TRS between Liverpool and plymouth (with the liners).
