Here's the T29 front lines. Very little movement has been happening.

The T31 front lines. The Americans never really got very far off the beaches.

Re: The lack of US Interdiction. Do you have a save file from turn 5, and if so can you post a screen shot of the US Assigned Air Missions ?

I don't have a saved game from turn 5 but I DO have a turn 3 save game. I ended the turn and let it go to the American side of the
turn which is the beginning of turn 4 and here's the air missions the Allies had set:

AHAH !! Elmer is switching them from Interdiction to Combat Support ! I've got an idea how to try and fix that. Thanks for the excellent screenshot.

I would be curious how in the world you would fix that. A different setting on some variable I don't know about?

If I assign some of the bomber formations to Interdiction, then put them in Garrison Mode, they won't change. [:D]

Then I had to add a TO for the US player to take them out of Garrison so the human can use them as he wants.

You can also use the PO activate event.

#1 Turn 1, PO 1 activate #2
#2 Turn 999, Formation orders [...]

or for multiple formations:

#1 Turn 1, PO 1 activate #2
#2 Turn 999, news only
#3 Event activated #2, Formation orders [...]

I think he might take them off Interdiction before the change takes effect. I didn't test it though.

You can also do it the other way around (formations start in garrison and are set to interdiction in the editor):

#1 Turn 1, PO 1 activate #2
#2 Turn 999, cancel #3
#3 Turn 1, news only
#4 Event activated #3, Formation Orders [...] //will release the formations, but only if human controlled

Thank you Larry for playing this scenario, I personally played it and brushed it aside when I got badly pounded as the Allies sticking with the historical plan. I'm going to give it another chance...

You're welcome. It was a labor of love. I'm going to do it again some day maybe. Perhaps.
