1.1.7 Neutral Swedish Rail Pass Bug

Hi,

I am trying to rail von Bock from Hardangervidda in Norway
to Tampere in Finland through a neutral Sweden
as per RAC 19.7. But the game won't let me.

Do you have a German unit in Finland as well? I have been using Swedish raillines recently, and there was no problem. I did have to ship a unit to Finland first though.

The code is correct.

Moving the unit from Germany to Finland crosses two straits hexes. Moving a unit from Norway to Finland fails because the rail connection is blocked by Commonwealth controlled hexes. Using the debugger I changed the hex control of one of those hexes to Germany and the program let a German unit move by rail from Norway to Finland (i.e., through Sweden).
