Low frame rate

Hi! The game runs rather slowly is there anything I can do to improve frame rate? Any options to toggle on/off, any tweaks? Any frame rate improving mod? Also just in case my PC is too outdated for this game here are my system specs: CPU,intel pentium E5300 2,6ghz dualcore; ram,2x1GB; gpu,nvidia geforce gt220 1GB, Windows 7. optimum screen resolution i am using is 1200x800.

this game not use GPU in anyway only CPU and memory. But 2,6ghz and 2gb ram sound OK. I'm suggest to check Task manager to see meybe other proces uses CPU. For example i have windows 7 too and got malvare/adware, can't remove it and he use 100% cpu until i'm not manually close proces, masked as "svhost.exe" mean one of the main windows7 core proces.

2GB of memory is imo too low. The game recommends 4. In your situation playing a small galaxy would be best.
