Reinstalling

Hi

My Hard Drive Crashed and I have to reinstall my game

When I go to the members club and download the latest version it asks for my serial number and I put it in and it downloads, but when I try to start the game it says I have a serial number problem

can anybody help me with this?

for me i'd either email them, or don't copy paste and type it in, good luck
