[WAD / USER ERROR] Friendly AI: Tanker trying to refuel/ship formations stopping

That was my first thought, and although the ASP and some of its proposed features (e.g. TOT) are mentioned here and there, I couldn't find anything like a general overview. If you look at search hits, it's someone saying that the devs have that on the list for the ASP. [:D] I'm just curious if there is some defining feature of such an ASP.
