Shopping cart question

Not sure if this is the correct place but I did file a support ticket 4 days ago and haven't seen any response so I was wondering if others have encountered this.

I have 3 items in my cart. They are all discounted as expected from the holiday sale that ends on the 10th.

At the bottom it says:
You get discount on shopping cart items by adding following items.

And it shows the game "Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged".

But when I add it to the cart, no discount is applied to it or any other item in the cart. "Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged" doesn't look to be part of the sale so I was not sure if there was some other special as I did have "Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm Player's Edition" in my cart.

Is this some special that I am missing?

Or, should I just ignore the tingling of my cheap-stingy-bastard-senses and checkout?

Maybe they are running with a reduced staff due to the holiday.
Contact the Help Desk again perhaps?

most staff are back on the 4th, reduced in numbers until them i'm sorry to also say, so still time for sales etc

Thanks. I thought it may be a skeleton crew so I figured I would place an order for things that don't have the above and I get an error when checking out so I will file a help ticket for this.

And now checkout is working fine for me so I grabbed Command: Modern Air Naval Operations Wargame of the Year Edition and Command: Northern Inferno.

Thanks, VPaulus. I figured as much and do not mind waiting till the 4th.

I am just guessing but I think the issue is that when adding "Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm Player's Edition" to the cart, "Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged" should be reduced to about $9.99. At least that is what Steam does if you put both in your cart on Steam. I know Steam is separate from Matrix but so far every item (that I have checked) on sale matches with Steam except these 2 and the Steam sale ends the 4th.

Just my guess, though.

It looks like the cart is now working properly. Germany Reforged shows discounted when buying Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm Player's Edition.
