Curious if there is a way to mod the Barbarossa scenario to give the Germans more fuel?

Hi PC4,

Probably not as the advanced editor is a hostile place to those unfamiliar with it where it's as easy to break things as it is to fix them.

The easy alternative would be to use the 'helper' (bottom button bar) that gives you free fuel.
