Have you ever played your game by yourself?
There are so many bugs and crashes that someone hardly can play it. It is disaster. Hardly can understand how can someone sell the game with such obvious bugs that anyone can see them even in his first game. I have seen that two of them you try to fix in your beta 1.02 (groups and recruting). Anyone make mistakes. But reliable developers will not sell the game without testing.

Working as designed, I believe? "Experience is gained by participating in combat. When an element participates in combat, depending upon its individual success, it may be awarded Experience Points." (see manual, P. 122) Ibelieve that is independent of the outcome of the battle.

I have one question about the game. Can we see overall combat strength on the battle results screen? Overall combat strength before and after the battle (both sides).

The starting forces and the casualties suffered for both sides are listed at the very top of the Battle Report in Ageod games.
This has always been a standard feature of Ageod games and is explained in detail and with an illustration in the part of the game manual that deals with the Battle Report (page 87 in section 12.10). If memory serves it is a gaming a convention that was in use in the last century.
The total forces involved in the battle are broken out by infantry, cavalry, and artillery, with initial forces at the start of the battle shown in black and the losses suffered during the battle in red.
English isn't my first language, but I had no trouble finding this information because the manual uses color pictures (colour if you're a Brit). If this were the old Battlefront Combat Mission forum, someone would probably suggest that you RTFM (American English for please read the manual).
