If I the purchase the download only game now,
will the physical manual alone be available at a later date?

My hunch is it will. They usually offer an physical box upgrade for around $15 for most of their titles with manuals.

These days we offer the boxed upgrade day and date with all new releases. We haven't had time to retrofit the entire back catalog but we have a host of upgrade to boxed/book options available now:

Iain; any chance for those of us thinking of upgrading, to offer other options than DHL for postage, it's too much to pay almost the same price for the game for shipping...
