What Happened to Victory in the Situation Briefing Screen?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

What happened to the victory panel in the situation briefing scree? It was a very nice feature in TOAW III but I can't find it in TOAW 4
