Steam and Suez...?

Post by hellfish6 »

Hi,

I'm definitely interested in this game. Just two questions...

Will it be on Steam eventually?

Is Suez playable from the British/French side? Are those countries included in the battle generator?

Thanks

That is the plan, yes.

In the Port Said scenario, playing as Side A has you commanding both the British and French forces.

Both countries are included in the Battle Generator.

Is a Battle Generator going to be included with the upcoming Vietnam game?

Yes, the battle generator is a standard feature in all CS games.

I am so glad to hear that! More games should have a feature such as this.

Any news on Steam version?

+ 1 on that request.

Speaking personally - that will trigger my purchase.

Operational Art of War seems to become available in Steam next. Who knows, maybe we as well at some stage. It is a nice trend for sure. I much like Steam as well, especially how easy it is to provide and receive updates. Mods are quite nicely handled there as well.

Thanks for the reply Crossroads.

Will the new games be deployed to Steam from the beginning? (Vietnam etc)

I am eager to get each CS release but as I can only really play by tablet these days, I am waiting for Steam releases.

I'll be picking up TOAW IV at the end of the month now that they have signed on ...

I am a TOAW fanboy as well, might well activate it on Steam as well, if possible. As for the date and time Campaign Series making it to Steam, not our (Dev Team) call, let us see what happens!
