[FIXED] Sub with destroyed diesel in periscope depth not running on electric motors

In attached scenario there is a submarine with damaged diesel motors.
The electric motors are fully operational, batteries have enough power, but it's not possible to drive the submarine any more.

I think it should be possible to drive the sub on his electric motors?
Please take a look into this issue.
