Load Screen Ad Script Error

I'm suddenly getting a script error on the pre-game screen.
It appears to only deal with the rotating advertisement window, as all the buttons appear to work correctly.

It was working properly yesterday evening and the computer (Win7 with Internet Explorer 11 as default browser) has been turned off since then.

Solo game loads and plays properly and I can get to the pbem lobby.
No other issues with the computer or with using IE11 or Firefox.

Warm Reboot does not resolve the issue.
