VS grand campaign?

It was not mentioned on the game page, nor did I see it in the manual so figured I’d ask to clarify. I see co-op campaign and 1-vs-1 battles advertised but not head-to-head grand campaign.

Is the Grand Campaign VS another player in the game, like in cross of iron, for example?

You can play the Grand Campaign against an Axis player but it is designed to be played single player or co-op from the US side.
