[Awaiting Feedback] Some Add-ons Not Licensed

Post by sfbaytf »

I downloaded and installed CMO. Some of the add ons I bought are saying Not Licensed. I have the SN. Where and how can I activate them in CMO?

Hi,

We need a bit more information.
- Did you enter the serials for them when you ran the installer?
- Which DLCs are not working for you and which are?

No I didn't enter when I installed-just the new one for CMO. Chains of Wars, Northern Inferno and Silent Service all are playable and I didn't enter any SN's for them. The rest-I have all except for Desert Storm are saying Not Licensed.

On a separate note Tacview isn't working. I loaded a scenario and tried to use Tacview, but it wouldn't load. I manually selected the Command Tacview Manager .exe thinking it would work, but I get an error message saying its not the right .exe and contact support.

I already had an existing CMANO installation-the old version-should I delete that to save disk space?

It might be worth trying to do a fresh new install, just to be certain. The installer should also allow you to add different serials for the DLCs.

I did a fresh install and everything is loaded, except for Silent Service. the file that I was using that had the SN's didn't have Silent Service...I had to dig that up...

Will I have to uninstall and do another fresh install to re-enter Silent Service?

What if I decide to buy Desert Storm?

When you buy an additional DLC, ytou should not need to uninstall first; just run the installer again and enter the new SN.

I'm doing as instructed to install Silent Service DLC and left my computer on all night as it's taking forever to extract files. It's still extracting files this morning.

I've noticed this when applying updates to CMANO on occasion.

I might have been better off completely uninstalling CMO and reinstalling from scratch.

I would also run a diagnostics on your harddrive. That just generally sounds weird.

Which problem? There seem to be a couple different problems in this thread. Might want to create a separate thread and provide at least a minimal amount of info for the devs.
