Looking to play against USSR Player

I have play this game a couple times against the AI. I feel like the AI is very poor for me but I have learnt a lot! Love this game. Looking to play on the standard setting in the community. I have never played a PBEM.

thinking:

41-45 - GC- 290 or 260

- Non random weather
- NO reduced blizzard effect
- ATTACK+1 Soviet combat bonus
- FoW ON
- No para drops
- CV math mode
