Baltic rail

Version .05. The game was started under .04 so maybe that is the reason.
May '41.
HvH game.

Soviets cannot move any of the units in the Baltic states by rail.
I can rail units in, just not rail units out.
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;
Meanwhile, the nightingale intones
With sweet, mellifluous sounds.
Enough of Stalin, Freedom for the Ukraine !

So it's like a roach motel?

Wow that's odd I haven't changed the Baltic states. You can walk them out?

Yes, you have:

Changed USSR $Annex to $ChangeTerritory in Baltic States to prevent partisans
