Appreciation and small balance suggestion

Thank you for this great game which I enjoy very much. I propose a small andjustment to the 39 start placement of German forces on the Polish border. Exchange the setup hex of XVI Mot Corps and XI Corps. Then XVI Mot Corps would not be on a rail hex and can therefore not be transferred to the west front in round one. This would affect an early attack here and make conquest of Holland in round two more difficult.

Please provide the hex number of these units and mention this change in the changelog. This because I am tinkering with a mod and wish to keep current if anything changes in Vanilla. Thanks!
