Border colour bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm not understanding what the colours mean.

All three borders on this screenshot lead to minor factions who I have vassalised. For some reason only the border to the bottom left one is white, the others are red. I'm at peace with all of them.
I can't pass through any of them without declaring war.

The colours are shaded in their unit color.

Maybe they are red-ish?

It's the actual border though, not the territory.

I was just experimenting here to see how to bypass the spam filter. Ignore this. There is an attached version of the screenshot in the post below.

cant post with png has to be jpg and under 200k. If you have windows paint use save as to turn into jpg.

I can of course also just decrease the file size, yes, but I wanted to see how to break through that annoying filter.
