Turn 100 CTD

Update: installing v1.02-beta2 patch fixed the problem! Nice!

At turn 100, I click "next turn".

The auto-save saves the turn ("autosave_round100.se1").

As it loads "AI Playing" it also says, "No Further History" on the bottom right. Typically, this is where the AI would make its moves.

Instead, the game does a clean CTD. No bug report. No error.

This happens every time I load the save and end the turn. I tried re-naming. Tried disabling auto-save. Always CTD.

Really sad, because I've been enjoying a massive three way war. Any ideas?
