(potential)Motorbike Infantry can not get combat armor

I noticed that motobike infantry apparently can not be given combat armor.

Currently palying 1.03beta4, but started game in #21.

This has been happening since 1.02, but I thought than they didnt have access to that armor for balance purposes.

Been happening since the release version even.

Didn't occur to me that it could be a bug, but yes, I've definitely wanted them to be able to equip Combat Armor. Maybe it's intended, maybe not.

Wouldn't combat Armor weigh to much for the bike?

Its considered impractical to have to bulky armour on a motorbike.
